My name is Yvette Wilkinson and I own and operate Wilkleanson Property Preservation, Inc. We are a family owned business that provide a variety of services that protect and preserve our client's biggest asset.  In addition, I am a Realtor in the Chicagoland Area (specifically, Naperville, IL) and I specialize in short sales and foreclosed properties.  I have done hundreds of BPOs and am currently writing a book called Real Estate Short Sales (a step by step approach that gets results!)
